Construction 101 for Realtors

This class seeks to:

#1 Educate Realtors in the sales of new homes, in conjunction with a New Home Builder.

#2 Understanding and taking advantage of the unique opportunity to provide insight of this complicated process to a prospective client

Learn to ask questions such as "Do you have a "hard dig" clause in your contract?" and "What involvement from me do you require/recommend after I bring my client to you?"
